We absolutely loved our stay at Amarela Resort. From the moment we contacted them, the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The property itself is simply breathtaking, with a stunning garden, swimming pool, and private beach. The traditional decor creates the perfect romantic atmosphere, and there are plenty of spots for beautiful photos. We were also impressed with the restaurant, which served delicious food at a great price. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even provided toys for our baby on the beach. We can't wait to go back to this super relaxing place!
Can't fault the property in any way! 😍

We had a fantastic stay at a quaint resort with an exceptional private beach. The location was perfect, nestled away from the island, allowing for a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the ocean directly in front of the property. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The in-house restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet, and the facilities, such as the swimming pool, were well-maintained and enjoyable.
The dinner options at the resort were limited, with no other alternatives nearby.

My room was well-designed and exceptionally clean, reasonably priced and by the library. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Its location was lovely, close to Alona beach for dinner, the library of books and dvds, and Amarela Resort.

That was absolutely stunning hotel set in very quiet area, right by the restaurant, local Boholano arts, and a zoo rather than the tarsier sanctuary on the island. The property provided reasonable prices. Units with balconies. The service was great and the food was outstanding! The location was perfect for me. Also, the property was 3 miles away from Panglao Island.
Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Thoroughly enjoyed our beautifully designed and spotlessly clean rooms.
Booked a room by the library. The location was incredible and lovely, just next door to picturesque beach, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. Furthermore, in a splendid garden.

We had a really comfortable stay on vacation for real.
A superior room with a lovely view of the beach, had requested this in advance. I greatly enjoyed that there were lots of facilities in the room such as: cable channels, a mini bar fridge and a work desk. Location: the hotel was close enough to the resort's library, the magnificent island of Bohol, and the grounds. The breakfast was rich and delicious, the check in was early...

We loved the beautiful old house atmosphere, distinctive furniture, and special soulful vibe of the hotel. The food was delicious, especially the crispy calamaris, eggplant salad, and coconut seafood. The staff was attentive and helpful, even providing aloe vera from the garden for bug bites. The property had a lovely garden, swimming pool, and private beach. The staff was always available to assist and even provided toys for my baby on the beach. The traditional decor was perfect for pictures and there were plenty of romantic spots. We enjoyed using the free kayaks to explore the sea and observe the underwater rocks and corals.
Felt extremely safe, no complaints.

The New Year experience at this resort was amazing! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach and stunning views of the ocean. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort.
One downside was the distance from other restaurants and shops. It was a bit inconvenient to find alternate dining options outside of the resort.

I chose this hotel for attending our annual general meeting and I was impressed with the additional amenities it provided. The small boutique was a great place to buy local crafts and souvenirs. The meeting and event space was well-equipped and perfect for our needs. The free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel was fast and reliable, allowing us to stay connected and productive during our stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space with computers, printers, and other office equipment to handle any last-minute tasks or urgent work needs.

The bedroom at Amarela Resort is pure bliss! It has such a rustic charm that makes you feel like you're escaping to a cozy cabin in the woods. The flat-screen TV and DVD player are perfect for a night of relaxation after a long day of exploring. Plus, the personal safe gives me peace of mind knowing that my belongings are secure.
I personally didn't fancy the mini-bar in the room. But hey, that's just me!

We had so much fun with my friends. The private beach was like our own little paradise. We were swimming, kayaking, and even tried rowing. It was so cool to have all these water activities right at our fingertips. Plus, there was this awesome library where we borrowed DVDs and board games for our chill evenings. It was like a mini entertainment center just for us!
The only thing that could have made our stay even more lit would be if they had a party zone. Like, imagine having a designated area where young people can hang out, dance, and have a blast!

I had such a wonderful stay at this lovely resort in Panglao! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The traditional Filipino touch and ambiance of the hotel added to the charm of the place. The cuisine was exceptional, especially the club sandwich and salpicao. The pool and white beach were fantastic, offering a refreshing retreat. Additionally, the convenient location and free transportation service to and from the airport made it easy for me to explore the area. I had an amazing and relaxing experience at this resort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Panglao.

The authentic Philippine mansion has a helpful staff, extensive book and DVD collection, and offers a reasonably priced tour of Bohol's attractions. The comfortable bed deserves bonus points and the hotel provides complementary water bottles and beach towels. The property boasts charming decor, beautiful gardens, and a private beach. The pool is spotless and the restaurant serves delicious food, including a fantastic breakfast buffet.

Tropical Retreat: This boutique resort in Panglao Island is a destination in itself, offering a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool, and panoramic views of the Bohol Sea. It takes relaxation to a whole new level.
Limited Drink Service: Getting drink service down at the beach can be a bit difficult.
